Tyrannostorus is a prehistoric-themed store specializing in fossils, minerals, educational toys, ancient artifacts, and unique collectibles. We offer a wide range of products both online and at our physical location in Mesa, Arizona.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! You can visit our store to see our collection in person, participate in educational events, and even meet our life-size velociraptor. We are located at 1816 W. Baseline Rd. Mesa, AZ 85202.
Do you offer educational events or workshops?
Absolutely! We host hands-on classes, fossil digs, and interactive experiences for all ages. View our upcoming classes.

Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and ClassWallet.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. Contact us immediately if you need changes, and we’ll do our best to assist.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your account to check the status.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
Do you offer gift cards or discount codes?

We ship throughout the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We hope to ship worldwide in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and usually arrive within a week.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders over $35 ship free!
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details first. If you believe your package is lost, contact us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Are your fossils and artifacts real?
Yes! We sell a variety of authentic fossils and high-quality replicas. Each fossil listing specifies whether it’s a genuine specimen or a replica.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items are restocked, while others are limited-edition or one-of-a-kind. If a product is out of stock, sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
