HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER WITH ESA
We are thrilled to announce that Tyrannostorus is an ESA Vendor and can accept payments through ClassWallet.
To pay using ESA funds, please follow the directions below and refer to the screenshots for additional guidance.
Submit separate orders for each ESA student to receive individualized invoices.
- Select your item(s) and Add to cart.
- Click View cart.
- Add the student's name to Order special instructions. This box is under the items in your cart. You can also add the field trip date and time if applicable.
- Click Check out.
- If you are logged in, scroll down and select Check out as a guest. (You can skip this step if you're not logged in.)
- Enter your Email.
- Choose Ship. (Dont' worry! We don't ship anything or charge shipping for classes or field trips. Selecting this option allows you to enter the student's name in the next step, which is important for ESA approval!)
- Type the student's name and address.
- Choose Shipping method (Standard FREE).
- Under Payment, select the ClassWallet option.
- Press Complete order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email. This will serve as your invoice to upload to ClassWallet.
- Go to ClassWallet.
- Choose the Pay Vendor option.
- Select Tyrannostorus.
- Enter required information (including the order confirmation email you receive.)
- Send a PDF or screenshots of the entire order confirmation email to ESA/ClassWallet. (In order to be approved, this must show the student's name, vendor's name, what you purchased, and the total purchase price.)
- Submit payment through ClassWallet.
- Send a screenshot of the ClassWallet transaction to rex@tyrannostorus.com for our records.
- We will prepare your order once ClassWallet funds are received.
Occasionally, ESA will request additional information. If that happens, please let us know so we can provide an updated invoice with the requested information ASAP. Thanks!
