Shipping and Pickup

In store pickup orders are usually ready within 1 business day during regular business hours. Please note that Wednesday and Thursday are not included in the processing timeframe, as our store is closed on those days. An email will be sent when your order is available. Orders will be held for a week and can be picked up during regular business hours. Please contact us at rex@tyrannostorus.com if you need a longer pick up window. 

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States.

How long does shipping take for U.S. orders?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and usually arrive within one week. This timeline might be longer around the holidays. We recommend placing Christmas orders by December 15th to allow ample time for shipping and delivery.

How much does shipping cost for U.S. orders?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders over $35 usually ship free, but oversized items might be subject to additional shipping expenses. 

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details first. If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

While we do not yet offer direct international shipping through our website, we are now able to ship internationally through our Whatnot shop.

We offer many products on our Whatnot auctions. If there’s something you love on our website but don’t see available on Whatnot, feel free to send us a message. If possible, we’re happy to add it as a Buy It Now option for you.

Please note:

• Reduced or promotional shipping rates advertised for our shop do not apply to international orders.
• All international shipping rates are determined by Whatnot based on package weight and destination. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide shipping quotes in advance, but you’ll be able to see the calculated shipping cost directly in the Whatnot app before completing your purchase.
• Whatnot supports shipping to most countries worldwide. If your country isn’t currently available, you may contact Whatnot’s support team to request that it be added.

Important information about international shipping

When ordering internationally through Whatnot, please keep the following in mind:

• Shipping costs vary by location.
• The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes required by their country.
• The buyer is responsible for knowing whether purchased items are permitted or prohibited for import into their country. We cannot guarantee that items will clear customs in all destinations.
• Shipping times vary by country but typically range from 1–4 weeks.
• Some carriers do not offer guaranteed delivery times for international shipments, and delays may occur depending on local postal and customs processing.
