Return and Refund Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with anything you receive from us, please contact us at rex@tyrannostorus.com within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Please note that small chips and cracks can occur in natural products. This is normal and does not necessarily mean something is defective. 

We take precautions to make sure products arrive as pictured. Slight variations might occur due to lighting. We aim for accurate color rendition, but images can look different depending on the monitor/screen. 

All measurements are approximate. We strive to be precise, but there may be small variances. 

If you have any concerns, please email us at rex@tyrannostorus.com and include a picture of the product you received so we can coordinate a return/refund if needed.
