Orders are always packaged with care, but we understand things can happen during transport. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please allow us an opportunity to make it right.
Unused/unworn items are eligible for returns. Please let us know if any of the following apply:
- damaged/defective/incorrect product (send photo)
- no longer needed
- item not as expected
- too small/too large
- other (please specify)
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Email us for a return shipping label.
A refund for the product(s) will be issued via the original form of payment once we receive your item(s).
Please note that small chips and cracks can occur in natural products. This is normal and does not necessarily mean something is defective. We take precautions to make sure products arrive as pictured. Slight variations might occur due to lighting. We aim for accurate color rendition, but images can look different depending on the monitor/screen. All measurements are approximate. We strive to be precise, but there may be small variances.
