Friday, March 14th: Geology Rocks
Is your child curious about rocks and minerals? This class offers a fascinating look at Earth’s history and physical features. Kids will sift through rocks and minerals to uncover hidden gems and take home their finds as souvenirs!
Saturday, March 15th: Shark Science
It’s time to dive into the world of sharks! Children will learn about these fascinating creatures, participate in fossil excavations, and take home marine fossils, including shark teeth. This is a must for any aspiring marine biologist.
Monday, March 17th: Explore the Solar System
The solar system is vast, and this class will help your child learn about planets and other celestial bodies. Kids will even get to make their own planet and take home their creations. It’s an out-of-this-world experience!
Tuesday, March 18th: History of Paleontology
Dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures have always captured kids’ imaginations. In this class, children will discover the history of paleontology and the amazing discoveries made by famous paleontologists. Kids will also have the chance to excavate and take home genuine fossils.
Wednesday, March 19th: Pirate Adventures
Yo-ho-ho! Learn about the real pirates of the Caribbean and discover the golden age of piracy. This fun-filled session includes a scavenger hunt to look for hidden treasure. It’s an unforgettable adventure for any pirate enthusiast.
Thursday, March 20th: Cool Ice Age Creatures
Step back in time to explore Ice Age plants and animals. From giant ground sloths to mammoths, kids will learn about the creatures that roamed the Earth during the Ice Age. They’ll also have the chance to dig through a tar pit to find toy bones of Ice Age mammals and assemble 3D skeletons like real scientists!
Friday, March 21st: Reptile Roundup
This session introduces kids to the world of herpetology, the study of reptiles and amphibians. They’ll learn to identify the differences between these creatures, observe live animals, and touch them while learning about their habitats, adaptations, and more.
Saturday, March 22nd: Shark Science (Repeat)
Due to popular demand, Shark Science is back! Kids will once again have the chance to learn about sharks, excavate marine fossils, and take home their very own shark teeth and marine fossils.
