Skull Replica (Abelisaurus)

This Abelisaurus skull replica was created from fossil remains discovered in the Rio Negro province of Argentina. Abelisaurus lived during the Late Cretaceous period. Everything we know about it comes from just one skull. Paleontologists believe it was a medium-sized carnivore that probably looked like a smaller version of Tyrannosaurus rex. You will receive the museum quality replica pictured. The cranium and lower jaw are 2 separate pieces. The scale is 1:9, and the skull is approximately 3 inches. It can be used as decor or a teaching tool.
