Trilobite Fossil (Reedops)
Trilobite Fossil (Reedops)
These trilobite fossils feature extraordinary detail. They date back approximately 400 million years and come from Morocco. Trilobites are extinct marine arthropods that lived during the Paleozoic era. They look like hard-shelled insects, but they were more like crustaceans. The specimens have been carefully prepared so it looks like the trilobites are crawling across or out of the limestone.
