Tyrannosaurus Rex is one of the most well-known and fearsome dinosaurs of all time. It was the ultimate carnivore with 60 teeth. Each tooth could be up to 8 inches long! Its bite could crunch through bone and is estimated to be 3 times more powerful than a lion's bite. Tyrannosaurus Rex lived during the Late Cretaceous period in the area that is now western North America. These walnut wood earrings were inspired by a Tyrannosaurus skull found in Hells Creek Formation, Montana in 2001. It belonged to a juvenile Tyrannosaurus referred to as Jane. The earrings are approximately 1.5 inches long and dangle from silver hooks. You will receive the earrings pictured in this listing (minus any display stands).
